President’s Message – The summer is starting to heat up and so is the Help Desk! If you were at the May meeting, you know that the Help Desk needs more volunteers. Our great Intern Class has signed up but we can’t let them do it alone. We need full-fledged Master Gardeners to sign up to work alongside of our interns. This is a time for hands-on learning and they get the most out of it when an experienced gardener is there to help.

The Prairie Mud Newsletter – May 2017

We had another hugely successful Plant Sale in April….and now I know why! It was such a pleasure to watch the coordination of the volunteers. Teamwork was the order of the day. Everyone seemed to know just what to do and how to do it.  No one seemed to be content to do just ‘their’ job. Once they were finished with one task they just jumped in to help someone else.
