Saturday, October 15 – **8:00 to 4:00– EVENT – Put street signs out, display candy table, fold boxes and tag, Set up eating tables outside, tablecloths and center pieces
At 2:00, all items not sold are put in vendors’ boxes. Signs are brought back to house, remaining food is put in zip lock bags and disbursed, kitchen is cleaned, house is vacuumed, tents are taken down, all tables, tents, signs, etc. returned to their owners. Total sales will be counted. Tags divided by vendor. On Monday, deposits made, checks will be written to vendors within a week. Contact: Sondra Henley 205-567-3333.
