We are almost one month out from our first 2018 meeting. Thursday, February 22 at the Chilton Extension Office, 10 to 12. If you can plan to stay later, we may have the group divide into smaller groups and work on anything that is needed or time to discuss your budget with Pat. Anyway, bring a lunch/snack/drink if you can stay. We would need to be out by 1:00.
The office address is 504 1st Avenue, Clanton, AL and be aware that Google Maps directions are not correct.
We have a new member added to the group from Autauga, Glenn H. Welcome Glenn!
If you do not want to be on the Steering Committee in 2018, please notify Sondra and you will not receive reminders.
As our committee gains in its’ momentum to finish planning and to put everything planned in place, Sondra will need to set a few guidelines for communication and follow through.

Local is characterized by their checkbook is in Chilton County. If something has to be sent from outside our county it is considered state and Ann handles that. Autauga and Shelby, you can receive donations, etc. as long as it is considered local.
We work with hotels and get the best deal we can for conference.
Did not discuss vendors.
